Returns

Empire Barber Supply will accept returns on defective merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase.  After 30 days, please follow the directive on the manufacturer's warranty.  If you need assistance or a copy of a warranty, contact sales@empirebarbersupply.com  

Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt so we can properly document the claim.

We will accept returns on items ordered in error in their original package and in sellable condition, sent prepaid to EBS.  A 15% restocking fee will apply. 

WE CANNOT EXCEPT RETURNS on the following items once they have been opened/used for sanitary reasons: razor blades, shears, shavers, combs, brushes, guards and liquids unless there is a verifiable manufacturer's defect.

All returns require and RMA (return merchandise authorization), and any package received without an RMA will be refused and returned at customer's expense.  Please fill out the below RMA request.
